Estevan’s Economic Development and Coal Transition Coordinator Richard Sadick says this incentive provides a great opportunity for businesses in the city. “The Glen Peterson Industrial Park is an ideal location for commercial and light industrial businesses to build, with ample lot sizes ranging from 1.1 acres to 2.7 acres.” The incentive also aids in job creation, encourages new construction and supports local contractors.
New businesses that choose to build in the Glen Peterson Industrial Park, are also eligible for the new business tax incentive that can provide 3-5 years municipal tax exemption for qualifying business.
